The Registration Fee includes

Notes: Registration fee rates are based on the date of receipt, unless full payment is received before the stated deadlines, rates cannot be honoured.

Welcome reception
Attendance at the Welcome Reception is restricted to registered delegates only. While the ticket is included in the registration fee, prior registration is required.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing by e-mail to the Congress Office (gicca27@veranatura.pt) and are subject to the following conditions:

• For cancellations received up to 1 april 2027, an administrative fee of 75,00€ will be withheld.
• For cancellations received between 2 april and before 31 may 2027, 25% of the total amount paid will be withheld.
• For cancellations received after 1 june 2027 no refunds will be issued.
• All registered participants who did not notify cancellation to the Congress Office in writing before the event will be liable to pay for the full registration fees.
• No-shows at the meeting will be charged the full fee. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the organising committee and processed after the congress.
