The organizers assume no responsibility for any changes to the program due to unforeseen external circumstances.

The congress mobile application will be available.

Food and Beverages
Lunches and coffee breaks are included in the registration fee and available to all participants during official breaks. 

Recording
Video cameras, photographic equipment, or audio recording devices are not permitted in session rooms. Any recording or documentation of the sessions is strictly prohibited.

Cloakroom and Luggage
A cloakroom will be available at the Alfândega Congress Centre of Porto.

Insurance and Liability
The organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or accident, nor for any additional expenses resulting from delays or changes in air, rail, road, or other transport, strikes, illness, weather conditions, or other causes. Participants are advised to arrange their own health and travel insurance.

Accessibility
Wheelchair accessibility is available at the Alfândega Congress Centre of Porto.

Language
The official language of the Congress is English. Translation services will not be available.

Climate
The average temperature in Porto in September ranges between 25°C during the day and 15–17°C at night, providing a mild and pleasant climate.

Currency
The official currency is the Euro (€). Payments in other currencies will not be accepted. 

Electricity
In Portugal, plugs and sockets are type F. The standard voltage is 230 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz.

Emergency
National emergency number: 112 (for fire, police, and ambulance services).

Local Time
Mainland Portugal is 1 hour behind Central European Time (GMT).

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted on the premises: the congress is a non-smoking event.
